I can confirm Tom said to set it up Yuki, so it's cool.

I own the game, but unfortunately my Wii hasn't worked in ages (and I don't have the money to repair it), so I'm quite bummed I can't do this

Hmm, I have the game but it was more for my dad since he liked the gamecube version. I haven't touched Strikers at all though.
