Update 1.6 - COMPLETE

Minecraft 1.6 is out and Craftbukkit has been updated! For those who don't know, here are the steps I usually take when this happens:

- Stop the server - DONE
- Backup worlds - DONE
- Update/Start the vanilla server - DONE
- Wait for a Craftbukkit update - DONE
- Download Craftbukkit update - DONE
- Research and download plugins - DONE
- Upload updated files - DONE
- Start/Stop the server - DONE
- Check the console log for errors - DONE
- (Re)Configure plugins - DONE
- Troubleshoot - SKIPPED
- Fix problems - SKIPPED
- Start the server for player use - DONE
