Empty Minecraft server is empty... [LOCKED]

I've noticed that not many people have been on the server lately and I'm beginning to think it's a general lack of things to do. So, please tell me, if you don't play on it anymore, exactly why. If I know what's keeping people away from the server, I might be able to improve upon it.
If it's just missing something, please do not hesitate to explore the plugins list and tell me what you'd like to see setup or just post a reply and I'll see what I can find.
