Hey guys! I thought this would be fun for newcomers to learn a bit more about our history, as well as to dive into our past with our veteran members. Do you remember any specific, interesting facts? Post them for all to see!

Did You Know...

During the first Shocktober (2008), Quakeman224 and Bjorn2600 co-hosted for the first episode of Eternal Darkness, revealing many spoilers before Tom had time to explore on his own. He then didn't want to play the game anymore... until a recently-new member of the community, AncientGuru, decided to co-host and offer advice ONLY when asked for it. It was his first time co-hosting and, as a result, is now Tom's favorite Shocktober game.

Tom's ferret, Buddy, was later renamed Buddii when he was appointed stream mascot. The name change was influenced by the streams early history of being exclusively Nintendo-related.

Buddii the ferret had a brief episode with a female ferret companion, Miia. It only lasted less than a week, when she was sent back to the pet store after biting Buddii in the spine, causing him to bleed.

The first video game to be broadcasted was Mario Paint, which consisted on a PS2 EyeToy sitting on a stack of books and boxes pointing at a computer screen.

We've had several co-hosts who actually fell asleep while they were 'actively' co-hosting.
